All estimates provided by BHA are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if additional damage or needs are identified during inspection or repair. Final pricing may vary depending on parts, labor, and supplemental insurance approvals.

3. Parts & Materials

BHA uses OEM, aftermarket, or equivalent-quality parts depending on customer preference, insurance guidelines, and availability. Any specific requests must be communicated in writing before work begins.

4. Appointment Scheduling

Appointment times are approximate. Delays may occur due to parts availability, insurance processing, or unforeseen repair complications. BHA will make every effort to provide accurate timelines and updates.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, debit cards, and approved insurance payments. Vehicles will not be released until all balances are paid in full.

6. Insurance Claims

If repairs involve an insurance claim, the customer is responsible for any deductibles, non-covered items, and out-of-pocket expenses. Approval from insurance companies may impact repair options and timelines.

7. Vehicle Condition & Liability

BHA is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues unrelated to the services performed, or personal items left inside the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables before drop-off.

8. Warranty

BHA provides a limited warranty on workmanship. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or issues related to corrosion or aftermarket modifications.
